Condition
Good — The exterior is actually quite attractive and presents closer to Very Good on its own. The croc embossing remains pronounced and glossy with natural creasing and softening throughout, light rubbing along the trim and handles, and minor surface wear consistent with age.
A bold archival interpretation of Mulberry’s signature Bayswater, rendered in Bright Orange croc-embossed leather and finished with cool silver-tone hardware.
The oversized crocodile embossing gives the leather substantial depth and variation, while the saturated orange-red color turns an otherwise traditional British tote into something much more directional.
The bag features Mulberry’s signature Postman’s Lock, dual rolled top handles, belted side gussets and hanging clochette. The interior is finished in contrasting light neutral suede with a zippered compartment and slip pockets.
This particular color-and-texture combination is considerably less common than the standard oak, black and chocolate Bayswaters. It also feels particularly relevant now: Mulberry’s current 55th-anniversary Bayswater project specifically revisits archival colors and unusual croc treatments.
