Welcome to Simone's Vintage. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Simone's Vintage is a Maryland-based reseller of authenticated vintage and pre-owned luxury goods. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands we sell. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to accurately describe the items offered.

2. Products & listings

All items are pre-owned or vintage unless stated otherwise, and are sold in the condition described. Condition grades, measurements, and photos are provided in good faith; minor wear consistent with age is inherent to vintage goods.
We reserve the right to correct listing errors, update pricing, and cancel orders affected by pricing or inventory errors, with a full refund.

3. Authenticity

Every item is authenticated before sale. If an item is ever determined by a qualified third-party authenticator to be inauthentic, we will issue a full refund. See our Authenticity Guarantee.

4. Orders & payment

An order is accepted when we confirm shipment. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud), with a full refund of any amount paid.
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Applicable sales tax is collected as required by law.

5. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refunds & Returns policy. Items marked Final Sale are not returnable.

6. Shipping & risk of loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. All shipments are insured; risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery confirmation.

7. Chargebacks & disputes

If you have a problem with an order, contact us first. We resolve nearly everything directly. We document every sale (condition photos, packing photos, tracking, signatures, and authentication records) and will contest fraudulent chargebacks.
Fraudulent chargebacks constitute an ban from our store, indefinitely.

8. Intellectual property

All site content — photography, product descriptions, graphics, and branding — is the property of Simone's Vintage and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to interfere with the site's operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simone's Vintage's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
