Our process
  1. Submit the form below.
  2. Acceptance or Denial of request along with invoice will be sent within 24-48 hours.
  3. Confirmation of fulfillment will be sent within 30 days of invoice being paid.
  4. Authentication via Entrupy and condition-checked on arrival, within 1-2 business days.
  5. Shipped to your door fully insured

Bespoke requests will not be processed until your invoice is 100% paid.

Bespoke requests have a standard 30 day lead time. We work around the clock to process as quickly as possible, however, we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled before 30 calendar days.

You can expect to receive updates via email (or text) as we are working to fulfill your request. It is imperative that you respond quickly so that we can ensure we can secure your items in a timely fashion.

Bespoke requests are non-refundable once fulfilled.
