Give your piece a little extra care before it comes home.

Our Spa Service is an optional professional restoration service available for select pieces that may benefit from cosmetic treatment prior to delivery. Depending on the condition of the item, service may include localized color correction, spot treatment, refinishing, redyeing, or other restorative work intended to improve the overall appearance of the piece.

What’s Included

Each eligible piece is reviewed individually and assigned the appropriate treatment based on its material, color, condition, and areas of wear.

Services may include:

• Professional cleaning and spot treatment
• Color touch-ups and correction
• Edge and corner restoration
• Localized repainting/redying
• Surface refinishing
• Additional cosmetic restoration as recommended for the individual piece

How It Works

1. Intake & Assessment
Once your order is confirmed, the piece is reviewed to verify the areas requiring treatment and the recommended restoration plan.

2. Professional Spa Treatment
The piece is entrusted to our professional restoration partner, where the selected treatment is completed by hand.

3. Final Quality Review
Once returned to Simone’s Vintage, the piece undergoes a final inspection to ensure the restoration meets our standards.

4. Packaged & Shipped to You
After approval, your piece is carefully packaged and shipped to you.

Spa Service will extend the standard fulfillment timeline. Please allow approximately 14 additional business days, depending on the treatment required. More extensive restoration may require additional time.

Please Note

Spa Service is intended to improve the appearance of pre-owned pieces, not make them factory-new. Because restoration is performed by hand, slight variations in color, finish, texture, or sheen may occur.

The exact treatment recommended for your item will be noted on the applicable product listing.

Spa Service is non-refundable once restoration work has begun.

By adding this service to your order, you authorize Simone’s Vintage and its professional restoration partners to perform the treatments deemed appropriate for the service selected.

Spa Service is available only for eligible items and must be purchased in connection with the applicable Simone’s Vintage piece.
