Very Good — The exterior leather remains supple with a beautiful natural patina throughout. Light surface wear, creasing, edge wear, and variation in color are present consistent with age and use. The embossed leather panels remain well defined, while the bamboo tassels and fringe retain excellent character and movement. Hardware shows light scratching and signs of wear. An unmistakable piece of Gucci’s maximalist 2000s design language, the Medium Indy Hobo combines a softly slouched silhouette with some of the House’s most recognizable archival details.
Crafted in rich cognac leather, this iteration is framed by contrasting GG-embossed leather side panels accented with gold-tone studs. A sculptural rounded leather top handle gives way to the Indy’s defining feature: a pair of oversized leather tassels finished with carved bamboo accents and metal-tipped fringe.
An accompanying shoulder strap offers an alternate way to carry the bag while preserving its relaxed, oversized silhouette. Inside, the bag is finished with Gucci’s archival horsebit-print textile lining and an interior zip pocket.
